We are hiring a dedicated Relationship Manager (RM) to manage customer engagement,
drive satisfaction, and support service operations at our Mahindra Dealership.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions, service follow-ups, and complaint resolution.
- Manage appointment scheduling and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate between workshop, advisors, and customers for smooth communication.
- Maintain customer relationship records and improve retention.
- Support after-sales service campaigns and satisfaction tracking.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile industry.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of dealership service processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
