Minimum Experience: 2+ years in the automobile industry (mandatory)
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager (SM) to lead workshop operations,
manage service performance, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service center operations and workflow.
- Manage a team of advisors, technicians, controllers, and support staff.
- Resolve escalations and maintain customer satisfaction standards.
- Ensure compliance with OEM processes and quality guidelines.
- Monitor workshop productivity, TAT, and performance KPIs.
- Improve operational efficiency through planning and process enhancement.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile industry.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of dealership service operations.
- Ability to handle escalations and manage service quality.
