Service Manager (SM)

Location: Ambala

Dealership: Mahindra Dealership

Minimum Experience: 2+ years in the automobile industry (mandatory)

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager (SM) to lead workshop operations,
manage service performance, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily service center operations and workflow.
  • Manage a team of advisors, technicians, controllers, and support staff.
  • Resolve escalations and maintain customer satisfaction standards.
  • Ensure compliance with OEM processes and quality guidelines.
  • Monitor workshop productivity, TAT, and performance KPIs.
  • Improve operational efficiency through planning and process enhancement.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile industry.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of dealership service operations.
  • Ability to handle escalations and manage service quality.
