Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Consultant to join our Mahindra dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right Mahindra vehicle, providing excellent service, and achieving sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their vehicle preferences and needs.
  • Present and explain Mahindra vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options.
  • Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle performance and benefits.
  • Follow up with potential customers to ensure conversion and build long-term relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain customer records, track leads, and update sales reports using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with Mahindra’s latest models, offers, and competitive market trends.
  • Collaborate with the finance and service teams to provide a seamless buying experience.
  • Participate in marketing activities, promotional events, and roadshows to generate leads.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in automobile sales (experience with Mahindra or other automotive brands preferred).
  • Education: Minimum 12th pass; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand buyer needs.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for automobiles and sales.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
  • A valid driving license is mandatory.
