Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused and technically skilled Service Advisor (Relationship Manager) to guide customers through the vehicle servicing process at our Mahindra dealership. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between customers and the workshop team, ensuring smooth service operations and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Explain service processes, estimated costs, and repair timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of service jobs.
- Keep customers informed about the service progress and any additional repairs required.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, vehicle history, and service requests.
- Promote Mahindra service packages, extended warranties, and maintenance plans.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with Mahindra’s service policies and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-7 years in automotive service advisory or a related role.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of vehicle servicing and diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
- Proficiency in service management software and CRM tools.
