Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and technically skilled Service Advisor (Relationship Manager) to guide customers through the vehicle servicing process at our Mahindra dealership. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between customers and the workshop team, ensuring smooth service operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
  • Explain service processes, estimated costs, and repair timelines to customers.
  • Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of service jobs.
  • Keep customers informed about the service progress and any additional repairs required.
  • Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, vehicle history, and service requests.
  • Promote Mahindra service packages, extended warranties, and maintenance plans.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with Mahindra’s service policies and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-7 years in automotive service advisory or a related role.
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge of vehicle servicing and diagnostics.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Proficiency in service management software and CRM tools.
