Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager (Co-Tek) to oversee the technical operations, diagnostics, and service quality at our Mahindra dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards in vehicle servicing, managing technical teams, and providing expert guidance on complex repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the technical service team, ensuring efficiency and service excellence.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in Mahindra vehicles.
• Provide training and technical support to service advisors, technicians, and mechanics.
• Ensure compliance with Mahindra’s service standards, guidelines, and safety protocols.
• Monitor and maintain workshop productivity, workflow, and quality of repairs.
• Coordinate with Mahindra’s technical support team for troubleshooting and advanced vehicle diagnostics.
• Analyze warranty claims and ensure proper documentation and processing.
• Ensure the availability of necessary tools, equipment, and technical manuals.
• Implement best practices for preventive maintenance and service excellence.
• Address customer complaints related to technical issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience: 8-12 years in automotive service, technical management, or a related field.
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting, and advanced repair techniques.
• Experience in managing service teams and technical staff.
• Good understanding of Mahindra vehicle systems, service manuals, and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in service management software and technical reporting.
