Floor Job & Quality Controller (FJC / FQC)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Floor Job & Quality Controller (FJC/FQC)
to manage workshop operations and ensure high-quality service delivery at our Mahindra Dealership in Ambala.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, allocate, and monitor daily job assignments to technicians on the workshop floor.
• Track job progress and ensure timely completion of all repair and service activities.
• Conduct pre-delivery and post-service quality checks on vehicles.
• Ensure all work complies with OEM guidelines and internal workshop standards.
• Identify faults, guide technicians, and help reduce repeat jobs and customer complaints.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and the workshop team for smooth vehicle flow.
• Maintain accurate job card records and support in daily workshop reporting.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile industry.
• Prior experience in workshop operations, job control, or quality control.
• Strong understanding of dealership service processes and technical workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and handle time-sensitive operations.
• Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
