Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our market presence and drive sales growth for Mahindra vehicles in Varanasi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for both private and commercial vehicle segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales and market share growth.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential corporate clients, fleet buyers, and institutional customers.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and business partnerships.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into successful vehicle sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
- Prepare and present business reports, sales forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-10 years in business development, sales, or a related field in the automobile industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record in generating business and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- A valid driving license is mandatory.
